   2.1 Onbig is an online marketplace. All products are listed and sold by independent third-party sellers.

2.2 Onbig acts as a commercial agent on behalf of sellers, authorising it to conclude sales on their behalf. The sales contract is directly between the buyer and the seller.

2.3 Onbig is not the seller of the goods and is not responsible for the performance of sellers.

2.4 Payments made to Onbig are held on behalf of the seller and settle the customer’s obligations to them. Refunds (where applicable) are processed via the same payment method.

2.5 In case a seller fails to comply, Onbig may process refunds on their behalf. All purchases are protected under the Onbig Protection Policy.
